Jim Harbaugh was coach for the University of San Diego (2004–2006), Stanford (2007–2010), and the NFL San Francisco 49ers (2011–2014). At Stanford his teams went 29 – 21. However, his last season Stanford went 13-1, not bad for a team that went 4-8 Jim’s first season at Stanford. Jim’s record in the NFL was 44 - 19 – 1. In 2012 Harbaugh led the 49ers to a Super Bowl but did not win.

Gary Andersen was coach for Utah State (2009–2012) and for the Wisconsin Badgers (2013–2014). His record as head coach is 49–38 (.563). His 2014 team won the Big Ten West Division but what was destroyed (59-0) by the Ohio State Buckeyes in the conference championships. He was successful at Wisconsin.

So who do you think will have the biggest impact? We think it will be Jim Harbaugh. He has turned around teams quickly, as he did at Stanford and San Francisco. Andersen may be able to but does not have the track record of doing this.
