Offensive tackle Eric Fisher from Central Michigan University was the first pick of the 2013 NFL Draft. Eric was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs.

Eric Fisher played for the Central Michigan Chippewas from 2009 to 2012. He was named a first-team All-American by Pro Football Weekly in 2012.

At the time of the draft Eric Fisher was 6’ 7” tall and weighed 306 lbs. The 2013 NFL Draft is unique in that the first seven selections were all lineman. Eric struggled in the beginning of his career, however he has solidified himself as an NFL Lineman.

On July 30, 2016, Fisher signed a 4-year contract extension with the Chiefs worth $48 million, including $40 million guaranteed. If he stays healthy he could have a long illustrious career in the NFL.
