Graham Harrell holds the record for the lowest percentage of passes intercepted. He played for Texas Tech from 2005 to 2008. He holds the records with 1.692% interception percentage (minimum 1,050 attempts).
Harrell won the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award and the AT&T All-America Player of the Year in 2008. He also finished fourth in the Heisman voting that year. Harrell had a very limited NFL career, although he was part of the Green Bay Packer 31-25 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV.
