Boise State Bronco’s Brock Forsey – Running Back – MVP of the 2002 Crucial.com Humanitarian Bowl

The Famous Idaho Potato Bowl has been played since 1997. The Boise State Broncos have played in this Bowl four times and have won it three times giving them the most victories in this bowl game. This year’s Famour Idaho Bowl is on December 22, 2016 at 6:00 PM EST and will be on ESPN; the Idaho Vandals play the Colorado State Rams. If Idaho wins this year they will tie Boise State as having won this Bowl Three times.
In the 2002 Bowl Brock Forsey scored three TDs and ran for 78 yards in a 34-16 win over the Iowa State Cyclones. This earned him MVP honors for this bowl game.
Brock Forsey was a sixth-round draft choice of the Chicago Bears. Forsey played for the Bears in 2004 and the Dolphins in 2005 and was on the Redskins practice squad in 2006; however, that is the extent of his NFL career.
