Philip Kenwood "P. K." Sam claimed this week that Nick Saban, when he was the Miami Dolphins head coach, cut him from his practice squad in 2006 for missing practice. The reason P.K. Sam missed practice was to visit his dying father. Now that is cruel.

So Faniacs had some questions for Coach Saban:
1. Is this true?
2. If so why did you do that?
3. Do you treat your recruits like this as well?

Then Faniacs has some questions for prospects and their families?
1. Would you still want to play for Saban as a player?
2. Would you want your son to play for Saban?
3. Does this matter at all or is it just important to get recruited and accepted by Saban and play for him and the Alabama Crimson Tide?

We think this more than likely is true. We wouldn’t our son playing for him, but we also think P.K. Sam has ulterior motives, mainly to help Florida State recruit against Saban.
