Defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh signed a five year/$68 million contract with the Detroit Lions in 2010. Suh has earned his money, as he is a four-time Pro Bowl selection. The Detroit Lions signing Ndamukong Suh has been a huge success.

Suh entered the free agent market in 2015, where the Miami Dolphins singed him to a six-year, $114 million contract with $60 million guaranteed. Suh is an excellent example of where potential was correctly predicted and rewarded.
