Rakeem Cato holds the record for the most consecutive games for throwing a touchdown pass. He plays for the Marshall Thundering Herd, having started from 2011 to today (2014). He holds the record with 39 straight games in which he threw a touchdown pass.
Cato is still an active player. He broke Russell Wilson’s record of 38 on October 18, 2014. He broke the record against the FIU Panthers; his team won that game by a score of 45–13.
