The Baylor Bears finished 8th in the Coaches Poll and 7th in the AP Poll this season (2014). This is the highest end of season ranking they have ever achieved.

The Baylor Bears, however, are set for another run at a possible playoff berth and/or championship. The 2015 team will be returning eight offensive starters, nine defensive starters, and one special team starter. Their quarterback Bryce Petty however is leaving, so it might not be that easy to repeat this year’s success.
