What parameters contribute to the worst odds of winning a national championship?
- Starting a football program in the 21st century (after the year 2000)
- Playing in a stadium with a capacity of under 60,000
- Playing football in any of these states: Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
- Playing in any of these conferences: Conference USA, Mid-American Conference, Mountain West Conference, Sun Belt Conference
