Same Bradford holds the record for the highest passing efficiency rating for a career. Bradford played for the Oklahoma Sooners from 2007 to 2009. He set the record with a 175.6 rating.
In 2008 Bradford won the Heisman Trophy, was a Consensus All-American, and First-team All-Big 12. In 2009 injuries limited his playing time, as well as he opted for season ending shoulder surgery. He was the first pick in the 2010 draft. He was drafted by the St. Louis Rams and presently plays for them.
