Russell Wilson holds the records for the highest passing efficiency rating in a season. Wilson played for North Carolina State from 2008 to 2010 and for the Wisconsin Badgers in 2011. He set the record with 191.8 rating while playing for Wisconsin in 2011.
In 2011 Wilson led the Badgers to 11-3 season and a Big Ten Championship. He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks and has started for them since being drafted. He is a Super Bowl Champion (XLVIII) and a two-time Pro Bowler (2012, 2013).
