The College Football Playoffs are three years old. On New Year’s Day, the Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the Washington Huskies 24-7 and the Clemson Tigers crushed The Ohio State Buckeyes 31-0. (This if the first time since the 1920 Rose Bowl that Ohio State was shutout in a Bowl game. That year the California Golden Bears beat Ohio State 28-0.)
These victories by Alabama and Clemson give them each two wins in the College Football Semifinals and thereby they both have the most victories in the College Football Seminfinals.
