Von Miller’s Broncos won the Super Bowl and he won the MVP. He was unstoppable and harassed Cam Newton all night: he had five tackles, two and a half sacks. Most importantly he forced two fumbles that led to two touchdowns for Denver.
So what were Von Miller’s stats in college?
Von Miller played for the Texas A&M Aggies from 2007 to 2010. His first three years he was a defensive lineman and his senior year he was moved to linebacker.
He had 181 tackles with 104 solo tackles over his college career. He also had 33 sacks and 50.5 tackles for a loss. In 2009 he led the NCAA in sacks with 17 for that year. In 2010 he was a Consensus All-American and the Dick Butkus award winner.
Von Miller was chosen 2nd overall in the 2011 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos. He is a four-time Pro-Bowler and has been selected every year since he became a Pro. He is one of the best defensive players in the league.
