Timmy Chang holds the record for the most passes attempted for his career. He played for Hawaii from 2000 to 2004. He holds the record with 2,436 pass attempts.



Chang did not win a Heisman, but he was a four-time All-Western Athletic Conference selection. Chang was an undrafted selection and was signed by the Arizona Cardinals of the NFL. He did not make an NFL squad but did play in the NFL Europe and the CFL. He now is an offensive coordinator for Jackson State.
