Oklahoma Sooners’ QB Baker Mayfield led the NCAA in Total QBR last season. Baker’s Total QBR was 92.9. Last season Baker threw 254 completions out of 358 attempts for 3,965 yards with 40 TDs and only eight interceptions. He ran for 177 yards and six TDs.
Sam Darnold (USC) had the second-best rating at 86.8, while Quinton Flowers (USF) had the third-best at 86.5. Deshaun Watson (CLEM – 84.9), Patrick Mahomes II (TTU – 84.3), and Lamar Jackson (LOU – 84.1) rounded out the top six respectively.
In 2013 Baker was a Texas Tech Red Raider, but after the season he transferred to Oklahoma. He started for the Sooners in 2015 and 2016. Baker is staying to play another year at Oklahoma. He is 6’ 1” and 212 pounds. He is ranked as the third best QB prospect for the 2018 NFL Draft.
