Will Ohio State’s Joey Bosa dominate College Football again in the 2015? (Factoid 504)
Date:
6/1/15
As Buckeyes started to emerge as National Championship contenders, Joey Bosa started to get better and better. Last year he had 55 tackles, 39 solo tackles, 21 tackles for a loss, and 13.5 sacks. He was the cornerstone for the Buckeyes’ defense. A defense that was able to stop Melvin Gordon, Amari Cooper, and Marcus Mariota. Cooper was the fourth overall pick in the NFL Draft, Mariota was the second overall pick in the NFL Draft, and Gordon was the 15th overall pick.

Can Bosa have a better year than last year? We think so. The defense will be better, as we see Urban Meyer’s recruits having more and more of an impact, and of the seven returning starters, four of them led the team in tackles last year. With better players around him, it will be harder to keep Bosa in check, so we see him having a great year.
