Lane Kiffin played backup quarterback for the Fresno State Buldogs from 1994 to 1996.
Kiffin did not play his senior year, but instead became a sstudent assistant coach for the Fresno State Bulldogs. He has been coaching ever since.
Lane Kiffin has had three head coaching jobs. Two of those jobs were for college teams: the Tennessee Volunteers and the USC Trojans. He also coached the Oakland Raiders in the NFL. His college record is 35-21 and his NFL record is 5-15. On December 12, 2016, Kiffin accepted the head coaching position at Florida Atlantic University.
