Anthony Wales scored the most points last season (2016). Anthony played running back for the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. He rushed for 27 TDs and caught two more TDs for a total of 29 TDs, which is 174 points for a 14 points per game average.

Over his career at WKU, Anthony rushed for 3,337 yards and 43 TDs and caught 73 passes for 673 yards and four touchdowns. Almost half of his career production came last season. WKU is in Conference USA. Anthony led the Hilltoppers to a 11-3 record; one of the loses coming to Alabama (10-38). It was a high scoring season for the Hilltoppers they won their Bowl Game against Memphis by a score of 51-31, they beat ODU 59-24, lost to LT 55-52, and then beat LT in their Conference Championship Game 58-44.

Anthony Wales is rated 38th as a running back prospect in the NFL 2017 Draft (see CBS Sports). While he had a great season his size, 5’ 9” and 194 lbs, is a concern. His 40 yard dash time of 4.59 is just average. Of course all sorts of things happen and he might become a great NFL player, but it is not likely.
