Faniacs compared the last ten National Champions and the rank of their four classes playing on the field and averaged that. The table was then sorted based on the best ranking (lowest number) and the results are not surprising.

Alabama’s four National Championship teams occupy the first three spot and then the sixth spot. They also consistently have the best recruiting class in the country.

Nick Saban is a great coach, but it looks like he is an even better recruiter.
